Indigenous Ingenuities is seeking a career-oriented Garden Care and Restoration Crew Leader with 2 years experience in the landscape industry, and a passion for working outdoors. Qualified applicants will possess a strong work ethic and organizational skills, leading a crew in the field.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead a crew while maintaining landscapes that look beautiful and provide ecological benefits.
- Manage time, productivity, and material record keeping.- Provide consistent and timely communication with clients, team members and managers.- Set an example through a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to motivate your crew, while maintaining our company culture of collaboration and respect.- Know how to properly operate and maintain all tools and equipment.- Work some long days during peak season and in all weather conditions.- A drivers license and the ability to drive a truck and trailer.

- Assist your crew by maintaining landscapes that look beautiful and provide ecological benefits, connecting people to their environment.- Have the ability and motivation to perform physical labor such as: digging, mulching, planting, raking, weeding, weed whacking, pruning, pushing wheelbarrows up hills, etc.- Work some long days during peak season and in all weather conditions.- Contribute to a positive company culture by communicating effectively and treating all staff and clients with respect.
Team Members would need experience or knowledge in the following areas:
- Horticulture and landscape experience is helpful, but not necessary to be considered.
- Interest in, or a desire to learn about, ecological practices and native plants.
