Re-purposed Housing Development

Apalache Mill is a 200,000 square foot retired cotton mill over 100 years old. Its sits a top 7 acres of lakefront property in the Appalachian foothills of South Carolina. Indigenous Ingenuities has been involved in the development of this historically registered site for the past 7 years. It is one of our most prized projects, as it represents many of the facets of design we believe in.
